| A few words about us |
 Beatriz Crawford-Carse
I bring to my clients 22 years experience in the financial and Estate Agency sectors, having worked in the UK as an Independent Financial Adviser and Mortgage Broker for prestigious institutions.
In 2003 I decided to enter the International Property Market and spend 2 years researching and comparing the markets; deciding to specialise in the Spanish market and in particular the Andalucia region.
Being a native Spanish speaker has helped me not only to find my way around but to get to the heart of the matter; having spent over 30 years in the UK I have learnt the British way and feel that I can not only understand their feelings but can translate them into Spanish, thus creating a bridge between the two cultures.
I have made my second home in Marbella and travel regularly between the UK and Spain. I particularly like to spend winter in Spain because even when it rains, the light quality is different from the UK and the temperature never dips as low. It's true that people start looking younger after a few months of the good life here in the "Costa". I look forward to your visit. |

I have worked for over 25 years in the financial services industry, processing and approving residential mortgages in London and the South East, together with working for a very well respected Estate Agency.
I have extensive experience in relationship management and find it easy to communicate at all levels which helps me develop and maintain strong relationships.
My priority is providing excellent service and recognising the needs of the customer which are both essential to reach a successful conclusion.
Out of work my passion is playing, watching and organising golf as well as net-working and meeting people. Having now settled in Spain, I am also busy trying to master the language. |
